Leadership team

Sébastien Kher is Chief Executive Officer of the Nomios Group and Managing Director of Nomios Poland France. He graduated from Kedge Business school. He is trained on the field in the United Kingdom and started as a Value-added Reseller in France. After working on the vendor-side of the business he founded Nomios in France. Sébastien has led the company with a team of highly dedicated experts through 3 LBO, still manoeuvring with a firm grip in cybersecurity. He is happily married and the father of 3 daughters who help him being down to earth.

Stéphane Brunel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Nomios Group since early 2022. He has previously served as CFO in a variety of roles for the past 15 years, including Chief Financial Officer of the Nasdaq-listed e-commerce company Cnova between 2015 and 2017, Group Executive Director, Performance Management & Strategic Planning of Casino Group between 2018 and 2019 and Chief Financial Officer of Saur between 2019 and 2021. Stéphane Brunel started his career as an Investment Banker for Morgan Stanley and holds a master’s degree from EM Lyon in France.

Eric Bohec has spent a large part of his career in the Kering group working as architect and operations manager. As Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Eric is responsible for support and managed services as well as relations with group partners. Eric retains the function of director of operations for France.

In April 2023, joined the Nomios team as Managing Director. He began his career journey after graduating with a degree in electronics from Politechnika Warszawska. Earlier in his career, he held sales and management positions in a lot of organizations, and was responsible for the implementation of innovative projects. Prior to joining Nomios, he was, among others, Country Manager at Veritas Software and EMEA Sales Director at Fudo Security, where he passionately and successfully implemented the manufacturer's strategy. He has been involved in the IT industry for more than 20 years.

With over ten years of experience at Nomios Group and having held multiple key management positions at Nokia and Siemens, Mohamed El Haddouchi was a logical choice to appoint as Managing Director at Nomios Netherlands. He plays a leading role in developing our service portfolio and strategic roadmap.

After an eight-year career at Siemens, Kris transferred to Telindus/Belgacom as Sales Director, later Managing Director Telindus Netherlands and VP Corporate Accounts BeLux. He pursued his career after 15 years in similar functions at Fujitsu, Huawei and Econocom and finally started at Nomios Poland in 2019 as Sales Director. After working for more than 25 years in the IT sector in several roles and cultures he is excited to connect with customers directly in an environment with an entrepreneurial attitude at Nomios Poland.

Hannes entered the field of system integration and cybersecurity shortly after completing his studies in commerce and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, the University of Innsbruck and at Bocconi in Milan. He has held various management positions in his previous careers, e.g. as Head of Sales, Senior Key Account Manager or Global Account Manager in the support of national and international customers. Through his previous work, he has built up an extensive network of contacts in the telecommunications and cyber security industry.

Rich joined Nomios in June 2019 as UK Managing Director. Prior to this he was the UK Sales Director at F5 Networks, having previously held a number of roles there including leading the UK Service Provider team and the Gaming, Gambling & Broadcast Media Industry teams. He also held full responsibility for the Republic of Ireland business as country manager.
